Do I have to declare a trip in advance?
No. Cover attaches when the trip is paid for with the card, and the card adapts to a new merchant country rather than blocking the payment.
Is the concierge a chatbot?
No. It is a team, reachable day and night for Visa Infinite holders, and Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm on Platinum.
Does concierge cost extra?
It is included with the tier. Anything booked on your behalf is paid from your own account, with the quote shown before it is charged.
